Fairly clean place, good and magnificent location, affable staff. Perfectly located to large area, loved this place. Also - close enough to airport, a 360 mall and Kuwait. New building and a nice size rooms with balcony.

The indoor pool was super cool, and the fitness center had all the gains we needed. The concierge service was clutch, helping us find the best hotspots in town. Plus, being next to the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy was lit for all the tennis-loving peeps in our crew. #VacayGoals
The only thing we would've asked for is a better party scene. As a group of young, fun-loving peeps, we wished there were more happening events or a club to turn up the night.

The location was magnificent - so close to 360 mall, the airport, and Kuwait. We had an a nice size and elegant room with balcony. Particularly helpful and very very helpful stuff, offered us wake up service and ironing.

I absolutely adored the elegant decor of the hotel, from the opulent chandeliers to the plush carpets. The general areas were beautifully designed and provided a sense of luxury and sophistication. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with comfortable seating areas and conveniently located elevators. It made getting around the hotel a breeze!
The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better as a senior woman is a dedicated senior-friendly program or activities. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and could have used more training to cater to the needs and preferences of senior guests.

The room was huge with balcony and they provided wake-up service when I asked. An electric kettle and a fridge were a plus. The hotel was perfectly situated not far from 360 mall which is so convenient, and airport, Avenues mall, Morouj Complex.

Very amiable staff and elegant rooms, we had a luxury experience. Liked our rooms with balcony. The setting was magnificent, close enough to airport, Avenues mall, Morouj Complex, and mall 360. A cool bonus was nearby Laduree, that offered tea and coffee.
